Thomas Coghill through hard work and dedication showed the world how dramatic a transformation can be achieved through hard work and dedication. He’s a inspiring example to everyone who wants to get into shape. As we approach the new year ( with our new years resolutions coming ) we can all look at his example and see what level can be achieved if we only stick too it and never give up.
